- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in raisins if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
