Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well.
  5. Slowly pour in vegetable broth, stirring constantly.
