- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well.
- Slowly pour in vegetable broth, stirring constantly.
- Add soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Serve warm.
