Description

Creamy, smooth mashed potatoes made with plant-based ingredients for a rich and comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Add almond milk, vegan butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  5. Stir in nutritional yeast if using.
  6. Serve warm.
