Description

Fluffy vegan pancakes infused with apple and cinnamon for a warm, comforting breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup grated apple

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and oil.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently.
  4. Fold in grated apple.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
