Description

A warm, spiced turmeric milk drink perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add honey, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  5. Mix until fully dissolved.
  6. Pour into mugs and serve warm.
