- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Heat almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the milk. Stir well.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee.
- Pour the coffee into a mug and top with the spiced almond milk.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Stir gently and serve warm.
