- 1 ripe pear, peeled and diced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Blend the pear, ginger, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove any pulp.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the pear-ginger mixture over it.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
