- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Whisk miso, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Add green beans to the pan and toss with the sauce for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

- Use tamari instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free version.
