Description

A layered parfait with mixed berries and chia seeds for a nutritious breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Layer chia pudding with mixed berries in a glass.
  4. Top with granola before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen berries.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
