Description

Crunchy granola clusters with maple syrup and walnuts for a sweet and nutty snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture on the baking sheet and press into clusters.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
