- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oats, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly coated.
