- 1 turkey roast (4–5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
