Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the beef roast with olive oil.
  3. Mix salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic in a bowl.
  4. Coat the roast evenly with the herb mixture.
  5. Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
