Soft and buttery cinnamon snowball cookies dusted with powdered sugar for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add flour, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Cool completely and roll again in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- For extra flavor, add 1/2 tsp nutmeg to the dough.
- Let cookies cool slightly before the first sugar dusting.
