Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls and bread pudding. Perfect for using up leftover bread or cinnamon rolls.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed cinnamon rolls or bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place cubed bread or cinnamon rolls in the dish.
  3. Whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour mixture over bread cubes. Press down to soak.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
