A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining the flavors of cinnamon rolls and bread pudding. Perfect for using up leftover bread or cinnamon rolls.

- 6 cups cubed cinnamon rolls or bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Place cubed bread or cinnamon rolls in the dish.
- Whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour mixture over bread cubes. Press down to soak.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old bread for best texture.
- Add nuts if desired.
- Serve warm with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
