A warm and comforting baked oatmeal with cinnamon and apples. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in diced apples.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
