- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, diced
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, maple syrup, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
