- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
