Instructions
- Add banana chunks, milk, yogurt, flaxseed to blender. Pulse 5-10 sec smooth.
- Add frozen blueberries. Blend low-to-high 20-30 sec until creamy purple.
- Adjust: Milk for thinner, ice/yogurt for thicker.
