Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano evenly.
  5. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
