Description
A sweet and tangy apple cranberry chutney that pairs well with meats, cheeses, or as a spread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, apples, sugar, vinegar, water, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust sugar to taste if cranberries are too tart.
